The customer: Based in Greetham, The Wheatsheaf Greetham is 6 miles from Oakham and 4 miles from Rutland Water in Leicestershire.
Carol and Scott took over the Wheatsheaf in March 2008. Carol has worked in kitchens for the last 20 years, studying in Leicester before moving to London. She worked at Bibendum under Simon Hopkinson before taking up a Head Chef position at The Phoenix Restaurant in Putney. At The Havelock Tavern in Hammersmith she worked with Jonny Haughton before Opening Vinoteca wine bar in Farringdon as Head Chef. This was her last challenge in London before moving to Greetham.
The seasonal Modern British menu changes weekly and their wine list is based on wines from around the world with a good selection by the glass. They also have an excellent selection of beers and local cask ales.
The solution: The website developed by Rodhill Computers lists their lunchtime, sunday dinner and children menus. The site also has a contact page, integrated Google Map and two sets of galleries that showcase the food, restaurant and bar.
